Property and Cancelation Policies :

For standard reservations you must cancel 72 hours prior to check-in (3pm) in order to not be charged.

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to check-in, you will be charged your first night's stay plus tax.

Any long term reservations must be cancelled two weeks in advance.
Cancellation fees for long term reservations will be charged at the standard rate for that night, not the discounted rate.

Terms and Conditions

The Island Suites is privately owned and operated. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Guests with Lake Havasu City addresses will not be permitted to check in.
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours in advance or in the case of no show, will be billed one night's room and tax.

At check in, we require a security deposit of $100.

The hotel is not responsible for any accident, injury or loss of any personal items. If any personal items are left in the room, the hotel WILL NOT hold any items for any period of time; upon check-out the guest is responsible in making sure all personal items are not left in the room. The maximum number of guests allowed in the room is five (5). If more than 5 people occupy a room, the entire room will be evicted from the premises. No one other than registered guests may be in the hotel rooms after midnight.

There will be a $4.50 service fee on room rate per reservation in addition to local taxes. Excessive noise complaints, damage to the hotel or violation of hotel compliance rules will result in eviction from premises.

Discounts are honored at check in ONLY. The guest authorizes Island Suites to charge the credit card number on file for any unpaid incidentals, cleaning, damages, and any room damage in guest room.

All pets MUST BE REGISTERED at time of Check-In. The pet fee is $20.00 per night plus tax. Any guest that has an unregistered pet will be subject to a $100.00 fine.

Island Suites is a 100% Smoke-Free Facility, including all rooms within the property. SMOKING IN ANY ROOM IS SUBJECT TO $200.00 IN CLEANING CHARGES.
